A part represents a distinct event within your wedding — for example, a ceremony, a reception, or an after-party. Parts let you invite different guests to different events and track RSVPs independently for each one.
{info} If you only have one event (e.g. ceremony + reception together), you only need one part. You must have at least 1 part.
Click New Part and fill in:
You can edit or delete a part at any time using the pencil icon next to it.
Once a part exists, click the guests icon next to it to open the guest picker. Select all the guests who are invited to that event. Guests not added to a part won't see it in their invitation, on your wedding site, or in their RSVP form.
{info} Adding guests to a part doesn't automatically send them an invitation — that happens separately through the Invitations section. A guest must be added to at least one part, else RSVP-ing doesn't make sense.
Each part has a list of how many attending/invited. Clicking on that opens a summary of responses. You can see at a glance how many guests have accepted, declined, or not yet responded.
