When guests visit the Contact page on your wedding site and fill in the form, their message lands in your Contact Form inbox. You can read, reply to, and manage these enquiries from within the app.
New messages appear in real time — you don't need to refresh the page.
The Contact Form page has a two-panel layout: the inbox list on the left, and the selected message on the right. On mobile, tapping a message opens it full-screen with a back button to return to the list.
Unread messages are marked with a blue dot. The inbox badge shows a count of unread messages.

Selecting a message marks it as read automatically.
With a message open, type your reply in the text box at the bottom of the detail panel and click Send. Your reply is stored in the thread and visible below the original message.
If you're corresponding with a guest over multiple messages, the thread will grow with each exchange.
{success} Your personal email address is never revealed to guests. Replies are sent on your behalf by the platform, so visitors to your wedding site can't email you directly unless you've elected to use your email address in your site content's contact settings. Remember - websites are available to everybody, not just your guests.
To delete a message, open it and click the bin icon in the top-right corner of the detail panel. You'll be asked to confirm before the enquiry is permanently removed.
{warning} Deletion is permanent. Replies included in the thread are removed along with the original message.
