Collaborators are other people you've given access to help manage your wedding — a partner, wedding planner, or family member. They can view and edit everything in your wedding just as you can.
{info} Collaborators need to have (or create) an account on the platform to accept an invitation.
Click Invite Collaborator and enter their email address. An invitation email will be sent to them with a link to accept.
The invitation is valid for a limited time. If it expires before they accept, you can resend it.
The page shows three lists of invitations:

| Pending | Sent but not yet accepted — you can resend or revoke |
| Expired | The invitation link timed out — resend to give them a fresh link |
| Declined | The recipient explicitly declined the invitation |
Use the resend icon to send a fresh invitation to pending or expired invites. Use the revoke button to cancel a pending invitation before it's accepted.
Active collaborators appear in the top section of the page. Click the remove button next to their name to revoke their access immediately.
{warning} Removing a collaborator takes effect straight away. They will lose access to your wedding without any notification being sent.
