Invitations are formal messages sent to guests that include an RSVP link. When a guest clicks the link, they can confirm or decline attendance for each wedding part they've been invited to.
Like Save the Date, invitations are sent to guest groups via the group's contact address.
Switch to the Templates tab to create and manage invitation templates. Templates support:
{info} Templates are shared between Save the Date and Invitations. A template created in one section is available in both.
From the Messages tab, click New Message:
Each guest in the group will receive a unique RSVP link tied to them personally.
{warning} Invitations cannot be unsent. Make sure guests have been assigned to the correct wedding parts before sending, as their RSVP will only cover the parts they're invited to.
When a guest follows their RSVP link, they'll be presented with a form showing each wedding part they've been invited to. They can accept or decline each one independently.
Their responses are immediately reflected in:
{info} You can also record an RSVP manually on behalf of a guest from their detail page or from the Parts section — useful if a guest responds by phone or in person.
The Reminders tab lets you schedule an automatic follow-up message to guests who haven't yet responded. Configure three things:
Once all three are set, a status banner shows the exact date the reminders are scheduled to go out. The reminders are sent automatically — you don't need to do anything else.
If you haven't created a template yet, click Use default template to generate one you can customise.
{info} Reminders are only sent to guests who haven't responded at the time of sending. Guests who have already RSVP'd will not receive one.
The Messages tab lists every invitation sent, with the recipient and send date. Click any row to see the full message details and the guest's RSVP status at the time of viewing.
